Ericka Medina is a Nuyorican Queer educator, trainer, program strategist, and change-enforcer. Ericka has over 10 years of experience working with inner-city youth, and non-profit management and over five years of experience with senior leadership, strategic planning, grant writing, and data and evaluation. She has experience with DYCD management, supervision, curriculum design, training, and facilitation. She is a current Graduate Student of the CUNY School of Professional Studies working on her Master of Youth Studies and has her New York State School-Aged Credential. Her focus is on creating platforms and systems that support young people academically, socially, and financially.  She believes that with consistency, dedication, and persistence you can overcome and conquer anything.
