Youth Communication offers professional development to support after school staff, child welfare staff, CASAs, legal aid attorneys, and others who use our stories with teens.
Professional development is designed to help staff successfully plan and implement our programs, including the Real Stories programs, our resilience program (The Struggle to Be Strong), and others. We also provide professional development for foster parents, child welfare staff, and teens in foster care around using our foster care materials and websites.
Professional development sessions also cover group management and handling sensitive issues. Youth Communication also offers ongoing, site-based technical assistance.
