#trending is a middle school resource that is fun and engaging for youth, easy-to-use for staff, and supports literacy and SEL skills. Since launching it last year, nearly 50 community-based organizations throughout the city have started using #trending. The response is extremely positive. Staff members say it prompts great discussions. Young people who participate want to read and write.
